10 things about life

              

                 

               1.   Drink plenty of water. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince,  dinner      like a begger. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactures in plants.

            2.  Sleep for 7 hours. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Play more games, Make time for prayer and reflection

              3.   Don’t have negative thoughts on things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present movement.

             4.     Don’t compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about. Take a 10 - 30 minutes walk everyday and while you walk smile.


             5.     Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip


            6.     No one is in charge of your happiness expect you


            7.     Smile and laugh more


            8.     Spend time with people over the age of 70. try to make at least three people      smile each day under the age of 6


           9.     What other people think of you is none of your business


          10.     The best is yet to come. no matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up
